About
My name is Chuck Burns. I am an aspiring Internet entrepreneur who is realizing that it isn’t easy making a living on this Internet. Google is the largest search engine and to get organic traffic a site must place on Google search results page one and ideally be in the top spot .
The only way to succeed in this business is to learn the Google rules and play by them. The key to all the Google rules is the phrase “good search experience”.
That “good search experience” requires that your website provide content that is of value. That is without doubt the biggest factor in getting visitors to your site, quality content.
Another part of the equation is links. Google uses the term relevant links. Relevant links means the sites linked to have similar content. My interpretation of the value of links is that having relevant links on your website enhances the “good search experience” by expanding the amount and quality of content available. The intent of linking is to enhance the “good search experience”. Linking is not an indicator of popularity. If that was the case then Google wouldn’t use the term “relevant” when speaking of links.
To make a long story short, I started the Links-to-Me.com website to get relevant quality links to my websites. A by-product of my getting those quality and relevant links is that other websites will have to give and get links too.
Link building, good quality, relevant link building takes time. I hope to speed that process and still strive to enhance the “good search experience”.
